• Services are available to individuals aged 13 and above. Parental consent is required for minors.

3. Appointment & Payment Policy

• Sessions are booked in advance and confirmed only after receipt of payment.
• Rescheduling or cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
• No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.

4. Confidentiality

• All personal and counselling data is treated as confidential.
• Exceptions apply only when disclosure is legally mandated or if there is imminent risk to life.

5. Code of Conduct

• Users must refrain from abusive behavior, harassment, or misuse of services.
• We reserve the right to deny services in such cases.

6. Website Content

• All content on this website is owned by Evolveminds and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
